About the Role As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner with senior leadership throughout the organization to drive strategic decision-making through financial analysis. We are undergoing a large-scale modernization of the FP&A function, and this role will play a vital part in that transformation. In addition, this position will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization and its mission. The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis team, reporting directly to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis with exposure to executive leadership. Job Responsibilities: Key partner in implementation of driver-based budgeting model in Adaptive; educate end users on updates to reporting and forecasting templates. Manage, refresh, and perform initial review of Monthly Reporting Package distributed to Senior Leadership team. Lead executive-level financial reviews with various business leaders in support of reporting, budgeting, and forecasting deliverables. Become a trusted business partner to leaders of assigned Cost Center functions, such as (but not limited to) Orchestra, Artistic Planning, Production, Finance, HR, etc. and become their main Finance support for both recurring and ad hoc items. Ensure that forecast/plans for assigned functions are entered into Adaptive planning tool in a timely manner for on-time delivery of Corporate and Board deliverables. Support Accounting's close process, including review and analysis of the general ledger, monthly accruals, and provide variance explanations for your assigned areas. Maintain recurring Adaptive workflows - pushing data to/from Workday, data structure maintenance and management, report maintenance, etc. Review budget data and explore options for new report development with continued enhancement of Adaptive application. Prepare weekly reporting and analysis of ticket sales to be presented to the Sales & Marketing team. Respond to ad hoc financial analyses, special projects, and other similar or related duties as required or requested. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related major required. Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally working closely with FP&A close & forecast reporting and Accounting knowledge base Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees effectively and professionally to achieve results. Experience with Adaptive Planning required and experience with Adaptive Planning implementation a plus. Experience with Workday preferred. Experience working with Power BI, or similar, a plus. Experience building, managing and manipulating complex models required. Deep understanding of GAAP, Non-GAAP and interpretation of financial statements.
