Must be located in Oklahoma, with Oklahoma City preferred. The Opportunity:
The Quality Analyst will oversee contractual quality programs, validate standards, identify training needs, and perform root-cause analysis within the Compliance department. Responsibilities include: Conduct quality assurance assessments and audits, report deficiencies. Develop and implement audit plans. Train employees on quality standards. Prepare and present quality reports to management. Track root cause analysis and corrective actions. Maintain meeting minutes and participate in client meetings. Ensure compliance with contractual quality requirements. Qualifications: Understanding of NCQA and/or URAC requirements. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Analytical skills for root cause analysis and corrective actions. Knowledge of Medicaid, federal and state regulations. Excellent communication and coaching skills. Proficiency in PC and company systems. Salary:
