Construction Project Coordinator

Job DescriptionJob Description We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our team! This multi-faceted role demands the ability to prioritize numerous tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be able to coordinate 1-2 projects along with day-to-day administrative support functions. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Execute bid procurement and contract administration Organize and file the appropriate paperwork in Procore. Prepare Requests for Information and Submittals. Manages change orders from creation through approval and tracking. Maintain and track project meeting minutes. Create and maintain material procurement schedules. Document project delays. Qualifications: Must have minimum 4 years experience in a similar role with a General Contractor Must have Procore Experience Familiarity with construction management software Must be a fast learner with strong communication skills. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret business documents. Ability to produce analytical reports, updates and presentations. Strong computer knowledge in Microsoft project, word and excel. Ability to take initiative and make decisions. Deadline and detail-oriented A degree in Construction Management or equivalent work is but not required. Must be comfortable working from an active construction jobsite. This job consists of 3-4 days on site and 1-2 days in our Construction office.
