Vice President of Engineering
is a strategic leadership role responsible for setting the technical direction and driving the execution of product development across the organization. This role ensures engineering initiatives are tightly aligned with business objectives, delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. The VP leads the development and implementation of long-term strategies for software engineering, quality engineering, and architecture, encompassing technical roadmaps, resource planning, and organizational design. Defines and governs architectural standards to ensure systems are resilient, extensible, and aligned with enterprise goals.
