We're seeking a forward-thinking executive to serve as our

Vice President of Engineering

will be as strategic visionary responsible for shaping technical vision and directing engineering execution across the organization. This leader will play a critical role in ensuring that our product development efforts align tightly with organizational objectives while maintaining the highest standards of scalability, performance, and security.

As a senior member of our leadership team, the VP will guide the evolution of our engineering, architectural, and quality assurance practices, overseeing delivery pipelines, modern development frameworks, and the integration of next-gen technologies. The role demands a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation and a passion for team development, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities: Set Technical Vision : Establish and communicate a clear, future-oriented engineering roadmap grounded in business strategy and industry innovation. Monitor emerging technologies and assess their applicability within the organization to maintain a competitive edge. Drive Delivery Excellence : Lead the software delivery lifecycle from design through deployment, ensuring high-quality releases that meet or exceed timeline expectations. Champion agile methodologies and refine development workflows to increase delivery velocity and reduce time-to-market. Architectural Leadership : Govern enterprise-wide architectural decisions to ensure the design of scalable, secure, and resilient systems. Implement architectural standards and development guidelines to support long-term sustainability and extensibility. Optimize Engineering Operations : Manage organizational structure, tooling, and budgeting to support high-performing teams and project execution. Use metrics and analytics to inform resourcing, forecast demand, and improve team output and product performance. Quality Assurance Oversight : Lead efforts in software validation, including performance benchmarking, automated testing, and continuous integration pipelines. Promote a quality-first culture rooted in robust testing frameworks and streamlined release practices. Cross-Functional Alignment : Collaborate with internal business units, product leadership, and third-party stakeholders to ensure technical initiatives complement broader organizational goals. Identify opportunities to innovate, enhance customer value, and expand strategic partnerships. Talent & Capability Building : Mentor technical leaders and support career development for engineering staff. Implement programs for workforce planning, training, and upskilling to ensure team readiness for evolving technology demands.

Ideal Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (or comparable industry experience). At least

12 years of engineering experience , including a strong development background using modern languages, frameworks, and tools. Minimum

7 years of leadership experience

managing cross-functional engineering teams and implementing Agile and DevOps principles at scale. At least

5 years of hands-on experience

architecting and deploying cloud-native systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP). Demonstrated history of strategic engineering leadership across architecture, software quality, and product lifecycle execution. Proven track record of guiding enterprise-level transformations in technical environments and operational workflows. Experience developing and managing departmental budgets and optimizing resource allocation to meet delivery targets. Strong command of software quality best practices, including automation, performance testing, and CI/CD integration. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders alike. Expertise in navigating change, leading distributed teams, and building cultures centered around collaboration, transparency, and innovation. Adept at using performance data and market insights to inform decisions and measure ROI on technical investments.
