Radware is a global provider of cybersecurity protection solutions for networks and applications. We are looking to enhance our Cloud Services, the fastest growing business, in key markets.
Responsibilities:
Act as an escalation point for NOC, customers, and onboarding team for technical network issues.
Lead a team of 6 Network experts in Colombia and the US
Manage team’s knowledge and training on new features and tools.
The team will operate as part of 24/7 availability of Radware’s Global network experts group, including on 1-2 Saturdays a month.
Collaborate with Cloud Engineering on deployments, upgrades, and maintenance.
Assist with incident response and support customers during network events.
Work with network architects, engineering, and R&D on infrastructure improvements.
Monitor, react, and troubleshoot system events and alerts.
Investigate and resolve network and application-related issues.
