The individual selected for this role will work as a part-time Retail Customer Service Representative at Store #3213, located at 2405 Middle School Road. Starting Pay: $16.26-17.50/hr or based on relevant experience. This position is vital to our retail operations. Customer Service Representatives play a key role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers by understanding their needs, answering product inquiries, and suggesting suitable solutions. You will be responsible for resolving customer concerns quickly to ensure maximum satisfaction, staying informed about product features, and maintaining the high standards of quality and presentation in the store. Responsibilities Include: Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone to fulfill their needs. Building trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Accurately processing sales transactions according to company policies. Consistently achieving sales goals and objectives. Maintaining organized work records and inventory control. Handling product mixing and tinting based on customer specifications. Stocking shelves and arranging displays to enhance product visibility. Ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of store equipment. Loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed. Assisting on deliveries as required. Maintaining order and presentation in assigned areas. Keeping up to date with product knowledge and available options. Proactively suggesting improvements for sales strategies. Minimum Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Legal authorization to work without sponsorship. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. If a current Sherwin-Williams employee, having met performance expectations and completed necessary eLearning courses. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Minimum of one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience selling paint and related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
