As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to discover their needs, answer their queries regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. You will be responsible for promptly addressing customer concerns while ensuring maximum satisfaction. Staying knowledgeable about product features and maintaining the quality and visual standards of the store will also be key components of your role. Additionally, you'll work towards achieving excellent customer service while meeting the store's sales goals. The selected candidate will be expected to work at Store #3743, located at: 23 E. Chelten Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19144, and may also cover surrounding stores within a 10-mile radius. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service. Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Building trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately processing sales transactions according to company policies and procedures. Aiming to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Maintaining organized work order files and formulas. Pulling the appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tinting and mixing products to customer specifications as required. Stocking shelves and creating attractive displays. Cleaning store equipment to maintain a professional appearance. Loading and unloading delivery trucks, as needed. Assisting in making deliveries when necessary. Maintaining an organized and presentable assigned area. Remaining knowledgeable about products offered and discussing available options. Complying with inventory control procedures. Suggesting improvements to enhance sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future. Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English. Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish. Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be willing to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. If currently employed by Sherwin-Williams, you must have received a rating of at least meets expectations (3) on your most recent performance appraisal. If currently employed by Sherwin-Williams, you must have completed all required HR Cloud eLearning courses for your current position. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED is preferred. At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position is preferred. Previous experience in selling paint or paint-related products is a plus. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment is also preferred.
