Director of Client Services $135K-155K+ Bonus | Direct Hire We are currently seeking a seasoned Executive Director of Client Services to act as a strategic business partner and thought leader for one of our key enterprise clients in the technology and telecommunications sector. This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts visionary, relationship builder, and results-driven operator—comfortable navigating complex ecosystems and guiding clients through digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor and general manager for client business initiatives, serving as the internal voice of the client. Lead integrated teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with the client’s strategic goals, ensuring high satisfaction and measurable results. Develop account plans and engagement strategies rooted in Imprimis Group’s capabilities and client business needs. Proactively identify client challenges and opportunities, offering insights and strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and transformation. Maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring ongoing alignment and transparency—no surprises. Team Management & Execution Inspire and lead internal and cross-functional teams toward high-impact delivery, aligning all efforts with client KPIs and agency standards. Promote collaboration across departments and partners to ensure flawless execution from ideation to launch. Develop and mentor team members, supporting their growth and conducting impactful performance reviews. Drive continuous improvement across operational processes to enhance value delivery. Design strategic roadmaps that secure long-term work across digital strategy and implementation. Represent Imprimis Group at industry events, contributing thought leadership in technology and telecommunications. Build growth and retention programs that add measurable value to the client and support long-term engagement. Partner with internal stakeholders to incubate and develop new service offerings for existing clients. Qualifications: 15+ years of marketing, consulting, or agency experience, including senior-level client management. Deep expertise in the telecommunications or technology sector. Proven track record leading large, cross-functional client accounts with full P&L responsibility. Strategic thinker with strong technical acumen and fluency in digital ecosystems, platforms, and product development. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Seniority level
