Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription: POSITION SUMMARY: This role is Playground’s first full-time marketing hire and will lead the development and executing of high-impact marketing initiatives to drive patient acquisition, build local and regional trust, and support scalable growth across a multi-site pediatric practice platform. You’ll own a wide range of responsibilities spanning de novo launches in new markets, reputation management, PR strategy, field and community marketing logistics, website infrastructure and agency/vendor management. You’ll work directly with the CEO and our executive advisors to define our marketing strategy, choose key platforms and vendors and build systems that scale across regions and brands. You will also work cross-functionally with our executive leadership, operations teams, clinical partners, and external agencies to execute a marketing plan that delivers measurable impact.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation. Patient Acquisition Marketing Own campaign development and execution for launching new pediatric clinics and de novo sites, from digital marketing to grassroots tactics that fill schedules fast. Develop onboarding plans and standardized marketing frameworks for newly acquired clinics to centralize operations and streamline execution. Design and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, local SEO,

grassroots/community

marketing, referrals, and local PR, always executing with a KPI driven lens to increase new patient volume. Build and maintain local marketing toolkits (flyers, banners, signage, referral packets) and execute community activations and events. Establish strong, localized digital presences for each practice, optimizing Google Business Profiles, online reviews, SEM, and multiple practice websites. Reputation Management & PR Implement and manage a scalable online reputation strategy (e.g. Google reviews, Healthgrades, NPS, sentiment tracking) across all locations, implementing tools and processes to increase review volume and improve sentiment around patient experience and practice trust. Collaborate with the CEO and external PR partners to craft and execute a thoughtful, community-based PR strategy. Support awareness-building efforts among investors and potential partner practices through earned media and PR outreach. Marketing Infrastructure, Vendors & Metrics Develop and manage systems for tracking campaign performance, ROI, and patient attribution; engage external vendors as needed. Oversee website operations for the multiple practices under our platform, including implementation of a content management system (CMS) to support multiple websites and brands. Select and manage external agencies (SEM, SEO, content, website), directing their priorities and ensuring alignment on goals, quality, and budget. Create internal dashboards and reporting to share performance insights, learnings, and recommendations for improvement. Provider & Employee Engagement Support Collaborate with physician and talent acquisition teams to create marketing assets and campaigns that attract clinical and corporate talent. Develop onboarding and internal communication tools that reinforce company culture and brand for staff across all practices. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required. Education and/or Experience: 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in multi-site healthcare, consumer services, or a high-growth environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered. Led multiple new location launches and built local demand from scratch; experienced in growing markets from a cold start Balanced digital performance marketing with grassroots and referral strategies to drive sustainable growth Managed external vendors effectively while stepping in to execute directly when ROI or speed required it Implemented and optimized online reputation management strategies to influence consumer healthcare choices Built and enforced robust marketing ROI tracking systems to ensure accountability and performance Resourceful, gritty, and pragmatic Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not directly supervise employees. Computer Skills / Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, SEO), local listings (Google Business Profile), and reputation tools. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with project management software. General knowledge of computer applications for the frequent use of electronic mail, word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, graphics, etc. Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, and percentages. Ability to understand and identify statistical trend analysis. Ability to identify numerical trends and variances for financial analysis. Skills:

Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, safety data sheets (SDS) or governmental regulations. Ability to successfully write reports, business correspondence and policy. Ability to effectively present information, respond to questions and professionally interact with managers, employees, patients, vendors, the public, and diverse groups of people, particularly

difficult/resistant

patient populations and multiple types of providers in a variety of settings. Reasoning Ability:

Must be able to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and initiate appropriate course of action. Must effectively convey ideas, images, and goals to a diverse group of personalities. Other Qualifications:
