Secret Compensation:
Up to $140,000 based on experience Key Responsibilities Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including test plans and procedures. Design configurations to support testing and prototyping of emerging systems. Develop troubleshooting guides and workaround documentation for system issues. Perform testing on systems and subsystems to ensure functionality and reliability. Review and provide constructive feedback on system specifications, development plans, testing protocols, and network documentation. Install and configure Windows and Linux servers to support operational needs. Set up and manage core services such as DNS, Exchange, and Active Directory. Administer and maintain virtualized environments for development and production. Deploy, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure including switches, servers, and firewalls; diagnose and resolve network-related issues. Capture and deploy system images to ensure consistent and reliable system configurations. Required Skills Minimum of 4 years of experience in testing, networking, or other IT-related fields. Hands-on experience with Department of Defense (DoD) computer and radio systems. Strong understanding of networking concepts including routing, switching, protocols, VLANs, IP subnetting, LAN, and WAN. Proficient in both Linux and Windows operating systems. Solid grasp of automation principles and implementation strategies. U.S. Citizenship required with at least an active Interim Secret clearance; must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Preferred Skills Familiarity with network security devices such as firewalls, NGFWs, IPS, and IDS. Experience with event management systems like ISE, Splunk, and SolarWinds. Knowledge of Tactical Data Links (e.g., CDL, TTNT, Link-16, SADL). Experience in live field testing and military communication systems. Proficiency in automation, scripting, or software development using Python or JavaScript. Understanding of containerized virtual environments. Experience developing automation scripts using Ansible. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies; experience logging test results using tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Strong team collaboration skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset in dynamic environments. Compensation: Competitive Salary Range: Up to $140,000 based on your experience and skills.
