Day - 08 Hour (United States of America) Strongly preferred qualifications: Education: Graduate level theological degree from an institution accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation and/or the Association for Theological Schools. Experience: 5 years in program management, program research, data analysis and reporting, and/or program improvements.

A Brief Overview NX (Non-Exempt) Miscellaneous Professional is a broad, high-level job classification applicable to covering a wide range of general and/or specialized administrative responsibilities in support of programs, clinics, or departments. Positions may work primarily in one or in any combination of administrative or professional areas. Employees may work on projects around largely undefined issues, problems, and conditions of a variable nature. The majority of work is administrative and analytical in nature with duties covering operational, policy and program research, analysis, reporting, and evaluation for the effective development and administration of programs or improvements to operational policies and procedures. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of the principles, theories, practices, and trends in a specialized field, an administrative or professional field such as procurement, financial analysis, process/performance improvement, human resources, etc

Knowledge of the principles and practices of project management.

Knowledge of and skill in the use of MS Office Suite software programs.

Skill in analyzing complex issues and situations, drawing logical conclusions, and proposing viable solutions and courses of action. Skill in time management and work prioritization.

Skill in developing effective work relationships with peers and professionals in other specializations.

Ability to understand SHC’s administrative environment and systems and the relationships between system capabilities and business practices.

Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $23.88 - $104.39 per hour The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
