Manage a docket of cases and build their practice. Develop and execute sophisticated litigation strategies. Settle multi-issue disputes independently. Handle court appearances and depositions regularly. Lead client communication and provide meaningful updates. Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in fiduciary litigation and complex probate and trust matters. Solid understanding of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence. 1900 billable hours are required Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications
Licensed to practice law in Texas. Skills
Ability to independently manage a caseload from beginning to end. Strong client communication skills. Benefits
