Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
based in
Indianapolis, IN . The CFO will oversee and be accountable for the hospital's overall financial operations and day-to-day fiscal management. This is a new position created due to organizational growth. Benefits of Joining NPH

Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial statements, including reports, certifications, disclosures, and forecasts Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly, ensuring compliance and addressing variances Maintain internal controls and policies for audits, with minimal adjustments needed Prepare the annual operating budget and participate in strategic planning, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions Understand federal, state, and managed care reimbursement methodologies to ensure accurate payments and revenue recording Review revenue cycle metrics to optimize performance, including accounts receivable collection, reducing bad debt and denials Oversee front-end revenue cycle processes, insurance verification, and patient financial determinations Monitor supply costs to stay within budget Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or Clinical Discipline; Master’s preferred CPA certification preferred Minimum of 3 years CFO experience in healthcare or completion of NPH CFO in Training Program Behavioral healthcare experience highly preferred Experience with proprietary healthcare systems a plus Must reside within the served market Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in Excel and Word Additional Information
