You will help ensure that every dollar invested, every decision made, and every strategy implemented supports both the financial health of the organization and the spiritual development of those we serve. As we equip the global Church with innovative resources, the CFO will be at the heart of our transformational work. What We’re Looking For - 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in a multi-entity, high-growth organization; nonprofit experience preferred but not required. - Active CPA license preferred; Big 4 (Big 8) public accounting experience preferred. - Demonstrated success leading financial strategy, organizational performance, and team development. - Experience in complex environments with exposure to M&A, international operations, and enterprise growth. - A deep, personal commitment to the mission and a passion for spreading the Gospel through business excellence. - A humble, adaptable, and collaborative leadership style grounded in strong core values. What You’ll Love - Mission-Driven Culture: Join a passionate team committed to transforming lives through the Gospel. - High-Growth Impact: Help lead one of the fastest-growing Christian communications ministries in the world. - Global Reach: Contribute to ministry efforts in dozens of countries. - Collaborative Leadership: Work alongside faithful, innovative leaders in a culture of integrity and service. - Comprehensive Benefits: Includes health coverage, 401(k) match, adoption assistance, service recognition, and more.
