1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an associate with transactional experience to join their Mergers & Acquisitions practice group in Los Angeles, California. Qualifications: 4-5 years of transactional experience from top-tier law firm(s) Experience in general corporate and business law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and private equity Experience in capital markets and corporate governance is preferred Experience counseling corporate clients on SEC filings, securities law compliance and other similar matters is preferred Excellent writing and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client and legal teams JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials Admitted to the California State Bar (or able to become admitted) All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. Seniority level
