$140,000 – $150,000 + Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k)) Are you an experienced Maintenance or Engineering Manager in food or beverage manufacturing? Ready to step into a senior leadership role where you can drive both strategy and daily plant performance? We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Engineering to lead all aspects of maintenance and engineering at our production facility. This role is critical to equipment reliability, infrastructure integrity, and overall operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop engineering and maintenance teams Oversee utilities, electrical systems, instrumentation, and production equipment Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime Manage capital projects from planning through execution and completion Ensure compliance with food safety, environmental, and GMP standards Monitor KPIs to improve plant reliability and maintenance performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain Qualifications: 8+ years in food or beverage manufacturing maintenance/engineering 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role Strong experience with capital project management and PLC systems Proficiency in CMMS, safety compliance, and continuous improvement practices If you’re a strong leader with a passion for reliability, efficiency, and innovation, we want to hear from you.
