$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr As the Manufacturing Site Lead, you will manage a team of manufacturing engineers, ensuring a high level of performance and quality. As a strategic leader, you will drive productivity to meet company objectives and deadlines and leverage resources as needed. My client is a global leader in the industrial space and provides specialized products, parts, and components to the most well known and famous brands in their industry. Description Reporting directly into the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing projects for the plant Overseeing a team of ~15 people Controlling the budget, implementation of tooling Improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Ensure all processes and procedures are followed Leading teams to use Lean Manufacturing concepts Profile Education: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering preferred 6+ years of experience working in an industrial setting Experience in a leadership or management role Lean and continuous improvement experience Experience as a strategic leader Experience leading medium to large sized teams *Apply today for immediate consideration!* Job Offer Competitive compensation 401K with company match High visibility leadership position Site leadership Growth opportunity Global company Full time, salaried position
