Job Description Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and performance of our production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring optimal equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement efforts across our operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, a solid understanding of manufacturing systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and preventive maintenance.

What You’ll Do: Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production machinery, tools, and facility systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner to minimize equipment downtime. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals and resolve technical issues. Document maintenance activities, safety checks, and repairs in accordance with company procedures. Assist with equipment installations, relocations, and upgrades as needed. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Monitor inventory of spare parts and communicate needs for reorder or special tools. Follow all OSHA and company safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Provide support during planned equipment shutdowns and participate in scheduled maintenance projects.

Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship required Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals Comfortable using CMMS or ERP systems to track work orders and maintenance history Familiar with OSHA standards and safety protocols in an industrial setting Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime as needed during shutdowns or emergency repairs Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn new systems or skills
