ABOUT AMERICAN BITCOIN CORP American Bitcoin is a Bitcoin accumulation platform focused on building America’s Bitcoin infrastructure backbone. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a rare opportunity to lead the events function of one of the most ambitious Bitcoin initiatives in the world. As Head of Events, you will architect and execute large-scale, high-impact events that define the public face of American Bitcoin. From shareholder summits with thousands of attendees to exclusive investor experiences and public-facing activations, you’ll set the standard for how American Bitcoin engages with its community. You will serve as the strategic and operational leader of our event program, responsible for shaping and scaling a portfolio of owned and sponsored events that reflect our values, vision, and cultural resonance. This role demands a visionary planner and precision executor—someone who can manage hundreds of details while crafting unforgettable, brand-defining experiences. The ideal candidate is a master of logistics, a creative producer, and a deeply customer-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Some of the key responsibilities you should expect are the following: Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of all American Bitcoin live events, including large-scale shareholder meetings, branded summits, cultural activations, and VIP experiences Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, staffing, logistics, venues, vendor contracts, and run-of-show details Build a scalable operational framework for repeatable excellence in event planning and production Collaborate closely with marketing, comms, creative, product, and executive teams to ensure brand and message alignment Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and oversight for AV, staging, catering, transportation, security, and other critical services Develop attendee experience strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and cultural impact Own event reporting and ROI analysis, including post-mortems, surveys, and continuous improvement planning Manage and grow a high-performing internal team and external partners to support execution across multiple events per year Drive innovative thinking around hybrid and digital event experiences when relevant ABOUT YOU Bachelor’s degree required. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered. 8+ years of experience leading complex, high-impact events at scale, ideally for a high-growth brand, public company, or cultural institution Proven track record managing events with 1,000+ attendees, including shareholder meetings, conferences, or large consumer activations Mastery of event production logistics, budgeting, vendor management, contingency planning, and experience design Creative sensibility with a strong understanding of how to translate brand ethos into immersive live experiences Experience collaborating with C-level executives and managing cross-functional stakeholder expectations Data-driven and metrics-oriented; able to measure ROI, drive operational improvements, and manage multiple complex workflows Highly organized, deadline-driven, and unflappable under pressure Flexible, entrepreneurial, and excited by building something new from the ground up ABOUT THE WORK ENVIRONMENT This role is in office at our corporate headquarters in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida.
