The Business Consultant will join the newly created Strategic Initiatives and Transformation Office (SITO) within Client Services. This team supports top priorities and shapes CS’s multi-year strategy, focusing on strategic revenue initiatives to drive the CS 2030 Monetization strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in business strategy, financial planning & analytics, and project management. The role involves working closely with global teams and stakeholders to conceptualize and operationalize innovative service offerings that add value to clients. Key responsibilities include: Essential Functions

Quantitative/Analytics

Develop insights to prioritize and accelerate revenue growth and support strategic initiatives. Perform financial modeling and analysis to develop solutions and recommendations for revenue initiatives. Strategy Development and Execution

Provide insights into market opportunities and competitive landscape. Create compelling presentations and support the implementation of business initiatives, including drafting business cases and working with cross-functional teams. Revenue Operations Center of Excellence (COE)

Develop tracking mechanisms for operational performance and strategic KPIs. Collaborate with stakeholders to operationalize revenue initiatives, optimize billing, and ensure accurate reporting. This is a hybrid role; in-office days will be confirmed by the hiring manager. Qualifications

Basic:

5+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., MBA). Alternatively, no experience with a PhD. Preferred:

6+ years with a Bachelor's, 4+ years with an advanced degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD. Experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, or payments is advantageous. Strong skills in MS Excel, Power BI, Hyperion, PowerPoint, and financial modeling are required. The candidate should be a structured thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working in a fast-paced, global environment. Additional Information

5-10% travel expected. Physical/Mental Requirements:

$112,500 - $163,050 annually, plus potential incentives, bonuses, and benefits.
