Excellence From Start to Finish . About the Position We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee all contract work and serve as the primary point of contact and technical lead for Rulemaking Process activities. This position will be performed
remotely . Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of contract performance to ensure alignment with requirements. Maintain clear communication with executive-level clients and management. Prepare professional correspondence, handle technical writing, and organize files. Designate an alternate with full authority during the Program Manager’s absence. Operate office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and cameras. Use and recommend project management tools supported by BSEE IT governance (e.g., Microsoft TEAMS Planner). Be available during BSEE core hours. Communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally. Qualifications: Project management experience of similar scope and complexity or a recognized Project Manager Certification. At least one year supporting and interacting with executive management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in technical writing. Proficiency in correspondence preparation and record organization. Willingness to use modern project management platforms. Fluent in English reading, writing, speaking, and understanding.
