Automotive Finance Manager . This person is responsible for customer financial services activity in our dealership.
Dealership finance experience is a must. Job Responsibilities: Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations as they apply to Finance and Insurance Maintain an efficient workflow of all finance office processes Contract deals Maintain proper lender mix Adheres to Approved Product and Product Pricing Guidelines Logs all deliveries accurately and in a timely manner Verifies lien payoff balances and automotive insurance policies Verifies all customer signatures Copies all non-prime documents Verifies customer vehicle deposit receipts Assists the sales team in structuring deals Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers Adheres to all company policies, procedures Qualifications: Two years of previous financial management experience in a dealership setting Must meet company's requirements for employment Ability to operate personal computers including Microsoft E-mail and Word Must have a valid Driver's License Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Normal office environment Prolonged periods of personal computer usage and data entry Ability to operate an automobile Come Work at Quirk.
