Automotive Financial Services Manager
servicing our Bangor locations.
This person is responsible for customer financial services activity in our dealership.
Job Responsibilities:
Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations as they apply to Finance and Insurance
Maintain an efficient workflow of all finance office processes
Contract deals
Maintain proper lender mix
Adheres to Approved Product and Product Pricing Guidelines
Logs all deliveries accurately and in a timely manner
Verifies lien payoff balances and automotive insurance policies
Verifies all customer signatures
Copies all non-prime documents
Verifies customer vehicle deposit receipts
Assists the sales team in structuring deals
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
Adheres to all company policies, procedures
Qualifications:
Two years of previous financial management experience in a dealership setting
Must meet company's requirements for employment
Ability to operate personal computers including Microsoft E-mail and Word
Must have a valid Driver's License
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Normal office environment
Prolonged periods of personal computer usage and data entry
Ability to operate an automobile
