The Role
We’re in a phase of rapid expansion and are looking for a
Head of Revenue Operations
to be the operational force behind our next sales build.
Based in San Francisco , you’ll work directly alongside the CRO and partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to design and operationalize a world-class go-to-market engine. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with a direct line to Crescendo’s growth strategy.
What You’ll Do: Sales & Revenue Strategy
Act as a strategic partner to the CRO, owning the structure and performance of our entire go-to-market operation. Lead territory design, quota setting, and resource allocation in support of Crescendo’s ambitious revenue targets. Define and manage the GTM operating rhythm, including pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, and exec-level reporting. End-to-End Sales Operations
Build scalable, repeatable frameworks for pipeline generation, opportunity management, and conversion optimization. Own the configuration and performance of our sales tech stack—Hubspot, Gong, SalesNav, Clay, forecasting and intelligence platforms. Ensure pipeline health, seller accountability, and revenue predictability through rigorous systems and clean data. Customer Success & Post-Sale Operations
Partner with Customer Success and Delivery to align post-sale processes to value realization, renewals, and expansion. Develop and monitor metrics related to customer health, services performance, and lifecycle progression. Operationalize seamless handoffs, project tracking, and pricing strategies for high-value, high-scale customer engagements. Forecasting & Commercial Intelligence
Own revenue forecasting and scenario modeling in partnership with Sales and Finance. Deliver insight-rich reporting and dashboards to CRO and executive stakeholders. Identify strategic levers and GTM improvements through trend analysis, win-loss, and productivity tracking. Team Leadership & Infrastructure
Build and scale a high-performing Revenue Operations team, instilling a culture of ownership, clarity, and operational excellence. Create playbooks, processes, and documentation to enable consistency and scale across teams and geographies. Serve as a key voice in cross-functional planning conversations, ensuring that operational infrastructure supports go-to-market goals.
What We Expect From You: 10+ years
of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM leadership within fast-scaling SaaS or AI-driven businesses. Proven track record designing and scaling RevOps functions across enterprise and commercial sales models. Deep expertise in pipeline management, sales productivity, territory planning, forecasting, and post-sale analytics. Hands-on systems experience with
Hubspot (we are a Hubspot shop for another year), Gong, SalesNav, Clay,
and related analytics/forecasting platforms. Strategic agility balanced with operational execution—able to think at the C-level and execute in the details. Leadership experience managing and mentoring RevOps talent, with a bias for action, quality, and continuous improvement. Strong executive presence and ability to influence up, down, and across—especially in high-growth environments.
