Provide IVR, Contact, and Call Center support to agencies and staff. Design Visio diagrams for call flows. Analyze business process issues for consultant assistance and system users. Conduct system tests and measure system capacity. Create visual aids to demonstrate call handling and information resources. Support agencies with troubleshooting and system outages. Manage self-service transactions, provide live support for issues and application errors.
