Trident are seeking a Manager, Deal Desk for a 100% ARR growth Unicorn Cyber Vendor to lead and scale deal desk operations. This will be a global position and require partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to streamline deal processes, structure complex pricing and contracts, and ensure deals comply with company policies while supporting revenue goals. You’ll play a strategic role in accelerating sales cycles and optimizing deal profitability. Key Responsibilities: Leadership 2 years minimum of people leadership Mentor and develop team members, providing ongoing coaching and professional development You will be responsible for 1 individual who is already onboard. Deal Support & Structuring Act as a strategic advisor to Sales on complex deal structures, pricing, and contract terms Review non-standard deal requests and ensure alignment with company policies Process Management Manage and continuously improve deal desk workflows, approvals, and SLAs Define and enforce pricing, discounting, and contracting policies Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Legal, Finance, Product, and Sales Ops to streamline deal execution Support the development of scalable pricing strategies and commercial terms Data & Insights Provide reporting and insights on deal performance, trends, and bottlenecks Contribute to forecast accuracy by tracking deal velocity and closure timelines Enablement & Training Train sales reps on deal desk processes, CPQ tools, and pricing guidelines Develop documentation and FAQs to reduce friction during deal review Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, or Revenue Ops 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pricing, and revenue recognition Proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, or similar) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven Location:
