We’re seeking a talented General Manager with a strong culinary foundation to lead our food service operation in
Alexandria, LA . This role is ideal for a chef-turned-leader who’s ready to manage daily operations, inspire high-performing teams, and deliver an exceptional dining experience. If you're passionate about food and driven by results, join us in bringing flavor and leadership together.
What You'll Do
Oversee and lead daily front and back-of-house operations, including food service and catering Conduct daily kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards Maintain consistency in food quality, flavor, and presentation across all service areas Implement innovative programs and systems to optimize service and performance Ensure full compliance with HACCP protocols and all safety regulations Create and manage staffing schedules for a 7-day operation serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night meals Uphold Sodexo’s cash handling procedures, accounting practices, and reporting standards Prepare operational reports and analyze key data for both internal and client use Foster team development through coaching, engagement, and skills training Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term success
