Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 (Negotiable commensurate with experience), full benefits, 401k, PTO, future advancement, and more!

Experience Requirements

5+ years as General Manager or Assistant General Manager

in high-volume, luxury hospitality environments with premium service standards Large-scale operations management

with demonstrated ability to oversee complex multi-departmental teams and comprehensive facility operations Corporate or VIP hospitality experience

serving discerning clientele in premium dining establishments, executive lounges, or exclusive venues Operations optimization and service excellence

with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred

in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience in luxury hospitality Strong financial acumen

with experience managing P&L responsibility, operational budgets, and cost control across multiple departments Exceptional leadership and communication skills

with polished professional presence suitable for high-profile client interactions and executive-level meetings Strategic operational abilities
