Head of Growth
to take ownership of the entire growth engine from 0 → scale. If you thrive in

ambition into revenue , this is for you. What You’ll Do: Own the full growth funnel:
acquisition → activation → retention → monetization Manage and optimize a
7-figure monthly growth budget
across paid, referral, and lifecycle channels Scale performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms Build and execute influencer and affiliate programs Launch referral and viral loops to supercharge growth Optimise landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversion funnels Experiment with pricing and positioning for ARPU growth Work closely with product and engineering to translate insights into growth loops Build and lead the growth team from the ground up You Have: 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing
with proven success scaling
D2C, eCommerce, or consumer tech brands Hands-on experience managing large-scale paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.) Deep understanding of conversion funnels, landing page optimisation, and lifecycle campaigns Strong analytical mindset — data-driven decision maker Experience running referral, affiliate, and influencer campaigns Founder mindset — you want ownership, speed, and real impact Nice-to-Have: Experience with AI-native products or SaaS monetization Background in copywriting for ads, email, and landing pages Track record of building growth teams from 0 → 1 Why This Role: Join a rocket ship just before liftoff — massive trajectory already underway Competitive salary + meaningful equity Direct impact on product, culture, and trajectory Work with a highly capable, fast-moving team that actually ships
