Join Us as our Employee Experience Manager!
The Employee Engagement Manger is a strategic and creative leader responsible for fostering a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture that attracts, retains, and engages top talent. This role leads the design, implementation, and management of employee engagement initiatives including company events, culture-building programs, rewards and recognition strategies, employee communications, and internal/external employer branding efforts. The Manager will leverage employee feedback, including survey data, to inform strategic action plans and drive meaningful improvements to the employee experience.
What You'll Do
Strategic Planning and Implementation:
Developing and implementing strategies to improve the employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. Identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and workplace culture across all levels of the organization.
Employee Feedback And Analysis
Utilizing surveys, interviews, and other methods to gather and analyze employee feedback, identifying areas for improvement and measuring the effectiveness of initiatives. Work with clinical teams to translate feedback data into actionable insights and partner with stakeholders to implement improvements.
Program Development And Management
Overseeing the creation and execution of programs related to employee engagement, learning and development, recognition, and well-being. Develop and implement programs aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction, retention and reducing turnover.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partnering with HR, TA, IT, Marketing, and other departments to align employee experience initiatives with organizational goals and culture. Act as a culture ambassador, working with leadership and teams to cultivate a positive, high-performance workplace environment.
Culture Building
Fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture that aligns with the organization's values and brand. Champion initiatives that promote organizational values, inclusion, and collaboration.
Performance Management
Ensuring employees have the resources and support they need to perform their roles effectively and contribute to organizational success.
Communication And Engagement
Developing and implementing communication strategies to keep employees informed about initiatives and encourage their participation.
Data Analysis And Reporting
Tracking and analyzing key metrics related to employee experience, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Monitor engagement and retention metrics to inform continuous improvement efforts.
Budget Management
Managing the employee experience budget, ensuring resources are used effectively and efficiently.
Social Media & Employer Branding (internal And External)
Work with Marketing to manage engaging employee-centric content for social media platforms to promote company culture and attract talent including LinkedIn life page. Work closely with recruitment and marketing teams to align employer branding efforts. Lead initiatives to spotlight employees through internal communications and company channels (e.g., newsletters, intranet, social platforms). Collaborate with marketing to showcase employee stories and achievements.
Recognition & Rewards Program
Oversee the design and implementation of recognition and rewards programs that celebrate employee contributions, milestones, and achievements. Continuously assess and enhance the effectiveness of recognition strategies.
Event Planning & Coordination
Plan, manage, and execute engaging region specific and company-wide employee events (e.g., team-building activities, appreciation events, etc.) Partner with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth event logistics and successful execution.
What You'll Need
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field. 3+ years of experience in employee engagement Proven experience in leading culture initiatives and engagement strategies. Strong project management and event planning skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Data-driven mindset with experience in survey tools and engagement analytics. Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and social media platforms. Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence at all levels of the organization. Ability to manage and implement change initiatives, helping employees adapt to new programs and processes.
Work Location & Hours:
This is a remote role based in the state of NJ. The Employee Engagement Manager will travel throughout the state of NJ and all operating states/EI Centers. This role will work core hours of M-F 8:30a-5:00p EST. Flexible required to meet organization needs and for events/travel.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is
$85K to 95K Salary.
Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
