Job Duties: Lead an agile team by providing stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, while supporting the design process and planning for the product's future beyond the current release. Collaborate with the team to establish and articulate a 6-month roadmap focused on product and feature development, considering customers, competition, and innovation. Establish direct relationships with stakeholders, understand their concerns, keep them informed of important changes, and give them a voice in the product direction. Maintain healthy relationships with engineering and UX colleagues is essential. Utilize Agile and Iterative methodologies for the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The candidate will analyze data, conduct surveys, hold focus groups, and gather business needs and requirements, backed by key performance indicators around cost, productivity, and time saved. Document business-level success metrics and help translate them into technical solutions. Conduct investigations into business use cases and requirements. Write functional specifications for new capabilities based on user needs and a thorough understanding of Salesforce Business Partner’s requirements. Detail how software engineers should build and test the software solution to meet Business Partner requirements. Drive cross-functional coordination and scheduling with other teams, ensuring appropriate engagement processes are followed. Telecommuting is an option. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline and one (1) year of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field. A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)). Special Skill Requirements: (1) Database Management; (2) Software Development Life Cycle; (3) Product Management; (4) Project Management; (5) Agile; (6) Scrum; (7) Data Analysis; and (8) Process definition.
