ITACCEL
Role Summary:
The L2 Support Engineer bridges the gap between client-facing support and internal engineering. You'll handle escalated technical issues, integration problems, and performance troubleshooting for institutional clients deploying on L2 solutions like Arbitrum.
Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve technical issues related to smart contract deployment, transaction delays, or bridge errors. Work directly with dev teams to identify bugs, performance issues, and network inconsistencies. Support clients integrating Orbit or Stylus on permissioned Layer 3. nalyze logs, RPC/API call failures, and conduct root cause analysis. Coordinate with compliance and onboarding teams to solve integration blockers (e.g., KYC, token standard compliance). Requirements:
2-4 years experience in IT or blockchain technical support/engineering. Solid grasp of Ethereum L1 and L2 architecture (rollups, gas optimization, fraud/validity proofs). Experience with JSON-RPC, smart contracts (Solidity), and EVM tooling. Familiarity with developer tools (Hardhat, Foundry, The Graph, Infura/Alchemy). Excellent analytical and client communication skills.
