Regulatory Compliance Manager
| Washington, DC | Hybrid | $110k to $140k A well-established financial institution in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to join their compliance and risk management team. This hybrid role (2 days onsite) plays a key role in ensuring the institution adheres to regulatory requirements and mitigates compliance risk across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of compliance programs aligned with federal and local regulations. Perform regular compliance risk assessments and audits across business units. Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Audit teams to address compliance issues and improve controls. Monitor regulatory changes from agencies such as CFPB, OCC, and FINRA, ensuring policy updates and training programs. Prepare clear, actionable reports for senior management and regulators. Serve as a point of contact for regulatory examinations and internal compliance reviews. Who You Are: 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within banking or financial services. Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and supervisory expectations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree required; professional compliance certifications (e.g., CRCM, CCEP) preferred. Why Join: Competitive salary between $110,000 and $140,000.
