US Search Specialist | Expertise in Risk Management and Finance

Regulatory Compliance Manager | Washington, DC | Hybrid | $110k to $140k

A well-established financial institution in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to join their compliance and risk management team. This hybrid role (2 days onsite) plays a key role in ensuring the institution adheres to regulatory requirements and mitigates compliance risk across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of compliance programs aligned with federal and local regulations.
  • Perform regular compliance risk assessments and audits across business units.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Audit teams to address compliance issues and improve controls.
  • Monitor regulatory changes from agencies such as CFPB, OCC, and FINRA, ensuring policy updates and training programs.
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports for senior management and regulators.
  • Serve as a point of contact for regulatory examinations and internal compliance reviews.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within banking or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and supervisory expectations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; professional compliance certifications (e.g., CRCM, CCEP) preferred.
