We’re looking to add another Director of New Business Development to help us drive sustainable growth and expand our national footprint. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, developing creative solutions, and establishing long-term client partnerships. Key Responsibilities Cultivate new business opportunities with prospective and existing clients (this is an individual contributor position) Deliver compelling in-person presentations with visual materials and detailed project options Establish and maintain long-term relationships through regular meetings, calls, and email communication Follow up on quotes and secure contracts for active projects Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless project execution Conduct follow-up outreach using satisfaction surveys and client feedback Participate in internal sales and project meetings to stay informed and aligned Ensure signed terms and conditions are in place for new clients Coordinate with accounting to ensure timely payments and invoicing What You Bring 3–4+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or client-facing account management Experience in marketing agency environments, experiential marketing, or custom project selling Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time Self-motivated and proactive, with a high level of personal accountability Strong relationship-building and prospecting skills, including cold calling Preferred Qualifications Exposure to custom fabrication or trade-related industries Familiarity with creative or technical sales cycles Performance Expectations Year 1: Ramp-up phase with a warm client list provided Projects typically range from 10 to 24 weeks and can involve significant budgets (hundreds of thousands to millions) 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off and holidays Employee assistance program Commission and bonus opportunities Relocation:
