Arc of Montgomery County Backed by a strong, experienced operations team—freeing you to focus on growth and relationship building Your Role As our first-ever Director of Business Development, you will: Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, and other referral sources across Montgomery County Generate
6+ new Start-of-Care clients
per month Represent the company at
networking events, senior expos, and community functions Guide families through the intake process, communicating the value of private home care services Collaborate closely with ownership and the operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience
in home care, home health, or healthcare Strong familiarity with
Montgomery County’s referral network Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets A passion for helping others and improving lives through home care Self-starter with excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills Ready to take the lead in a high-impact role?
