Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant who will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. The role involves creating high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality code for modules, leading validation for all testing types, and supporting activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. The position promotes a learning culture emphasizing teamwork, collaboration, excellence, and diversity. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education. At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology. Must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX, or willing to relocate; travel to project sites may be required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in documenting and modeling customer business processes, requirements, and rules, translating them into user stories and use cases. Minimum 10 years in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, and process architecture/design. At least 6 years of hands-on application development experience in Pega PRPC v7.x/v8.x and frameworks. Certification as CLSA (Part 1 & 2) in Pega PRPC v7.x/v8.x. At least 3 years of experience in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), web development, .NET, or other object-oriented languages. Deep knowledge of PRPC architecture and design/implementation features. Ability to work with Program Managers to scope, manage scope, and mitigate risks. Ensure technical and business architecture alignment with customer requirements and focus on customer success. Experience and willingness to work within a global offshore/onshore model. The role may require extensive travel, sitting, and working at a computer for extended periods. Effective communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face is essential. About Us:
