Product Manager to lead our Conversions Pod —a key area driving how we turn leads into booked jobs for our customers. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer using super cool GenAI capabilities! Our client has two Product Managers and are now looking for our third—a strong individual contributor who is excited to build in a fast-moving, early-stage environment and can hit the ground running without needing time to acclimate to startup speed. We are looking for
startup veterans who have scaled products and teams from early-stage (Series A to C), ideally in SMB SaaS or mobile-first platforms. What You’ll Own: Lead the Conversions Pod, partnering daily with your dedicated engineer and designer in an empowered product trio Own the discovery process to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and desires Translate insights into clear product strategies, specs, and roadmaps that drive meaningful outcomes aligned to quarterly OKRs Act as a thought partner to leadership and cross-functional teams, bringing crisp communication, data-driven recommendations, and clear trade-offs Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure product decisions accelerate business growth Continuously monitor competitive trends and apply them to sharpen product differentiation and positioning What We’re Looking For: Proven startup product manager
with 4+ years in high-growth, venture-backed companies (Series A to C ideal) Direct experience owning mobile web applications or SMB SaaS products Comfortable working in fast-paced, lean teams where ambiguity is the norm and decision-making is fast Strong communication skills—can distill complex topics into clear, concise narratives and influence stakeholders at all levels Track record of solving hard problems by applying sound judgment, data insights, and customer empathy Experience working in empowered product pods or trios (PM, Eng, Design) What We Value: We hire
