COO (Integrator)
to help scale operations. With steady growth and a strong client base, this MSP leverages modern platforms and a flexible service model to provide exceptional IT support. About the Role: This is a key leadership role focused on executing the company vision and driving operational excellence. As the second-in-command to the CEO, the COO will align teams, optimize systems, and ensure smooth daily operations across service delivery, client success, project execution, and internal processes. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership:
Oversee daily operations across technical service, NOC/SOC, projects, sales ops, and admin Strategic Execution:
Lead EOS implementation, manage company Scorecard, run L10 meetings, and track company Rocks Team Management:
Guide departmental leads, enforce accountability, and mentor internal leadership Process & Systems Optimization:
Standardize and streamline operations using KPIs, SOPs, and platforms like PSA, RMM, and documentation tools Financial Oversight:
Collaborate on budgeting, manage delivery costs, margins, and EBITDA tracking Client Experience:
Maintain service quality, enforce SLAs, and oversee onboarding, offboarding, and QBR standards Culture & HR:
Uphold company values, manage hiring and performance development in partnership with HR Requirements: 7+ years of senior leadership experience in a Managed Service Provider Strong experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar frameworks Deep familiarity with MSP tools (e.g., ConnectWise, N-able, IT Glue) Process-oriented, data-driven, and operationally strong Benefits: Up to $145,000 salary + performance bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays EOS leadership training and development High-impact role with autonomy and growth potential
