Support Center Admin Coordinator Minneapolis, MN-Part Time

Taco John's International is looking for a part-time Support Center Admin Coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Support Center by providing high-quality administrative support and fostering a welcoming, organized environment.

This is a part-time, in-person position based at our Saint Louis Park Support Center, requiring 20–25 hours per week across three days. The schedule offers some flexibility and can be tailored to accommodate household or family commitments. For example, team members may choose a consistent schedule such as 7:00 AM–1:30 PM or 8:30 AM–2:00 PM, depending on their needs. This role supports daily office functions, assists staff and visitors, and contributes to a positive workplace culture. The coordinator will also utilize Microsoft Office tools to support various teams to enhance team productivity and collaboration.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE SUPPORT CENTER ADMIN COORDINATOR The Support Center Admin Coordinator greets and assists guests, team members and vendors; maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. As the Support Center Admin Coordinator, you will keep common areas, clean, organized and well stocked. You will manage office supplies, mail, deliveries, and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations. You will coordinate meetings and internal events, including room bookings, catering, logistics, and materials. You will Provide administrative support across departments, including document creation, data entry, scheduling, and calendar management using Microsoft Office tools. You will support logistics for new hires, including workspace setup and welcome materials. You will serve as liaison for facility-related needs and coordinate with building management regarding maintenance requests. You will assist with conference room technology, including video and presentation tools.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SUPPORT CENTER ADMIN COORDINATOR 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or customer service role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or a Experience supporting multiple departments or teams in a corporate or support center environment Familiarity with office technology, video conferencing tools, and basic IT troubleshooting Experience coordinating meetings, events, or employee engagement activities Knowledge of facilities coordination or vendor management Previous experience supporting onboarding or HR-related administrative tasks
