Maintenance
Technician
: Aurora, Illinois
Our customer in Aurora, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Maintenance Technicians to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of production and facility equipment. You'll also assist with ordering parts, standardizing components, and maintaining the repair parts inventory. Responsibilities of the Maintenance
Technician
:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment breakdowns Rebuild and replace defective parts and components Perform regular checks on systems including sprinkler, pumps, chillers, compressors, and power systems Complete fluid changes including oil and other required fluids Collaborate with production teams on repairs and equipment issues Set short-term priorities and respond to breakdowns and emergency situations Fabricate machine parts and requisition necessary repair items Install and hook up manufacturing equipment, ensuring correct motor size, voltage, and circuit balance Assist outside contractors with on-site projects Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Perform other related duties as assigned Maintenance

Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in equipment repair Ability to communicate effectively in English Strong attention to detail Ability to set priorities and work independently Pay for Maintenance
