Position Details: Project Manager-Hybrid-Nashville TN Location : Nashville, Tennessee - 37243 - Hybrid Project Duration : 10+months Pay Rate : $60/hr. - $64/hr. on W2
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate across the three focus areas of the CLIENT Data Modernization Strategy including workforce development, data governance, and data and systems. Assist with all related grant management including drafting of applications, development and management of work plans and budgets, and reporting progress measures and metrics. Oversee project status tracking for all Data Modernization related projects, including escalation and publication of status reports. Maintain CLIENT Data Modernization related planning and plan documents. Support CLIENT Data Modernization related procurement and contracts as directed Actively track CLIENT Data Modernization budget across projects and funding sources. Assist with monitoring expenditures. Oversee CLIENT Data Modernization resource management Oversee CLIENT Data Modernization related communication strategies including but not limited to SharePoint pages, data town halls, newsletters, and program email communications. Support facilitation CLIENT Data Modernization related workgroups Coordinate development and publishing of CLIENT Data Modernization related documentation. Provide support for CLIENT Data Modernization related projects as assigned which may include support for workforce development activities.
Education and Experience:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a bachelor's degree, and six years of professional level experience in either or in combination of the following areas: (1) systematic analysis of overall work processes for business or information systems; or (2) Project management; two of the six years must include being a leading team member of a project or project management. Additional required experience includes at least two years of contract management and at least three years of grant management
Substitution of Education for Experience:
Professional-level experience in any one of the following areas may substitute for the required college degree on a year-for-year basis to a maximum substitution of four years: (1) systematic analysis of overall work processes for business or information systems; (2) project management; one of the six years must include being a leading team member of a project or project management. Substitution of Graduate Coursework for the Required Experience: Any additional graduate coursework in project management, computer information systems, computer networking technology, computer technology or other related field may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis to a maximum substitution of one year. (Thirty-six graduate quarter hours or a master's degree in the above fields is equivalent to one year of experience.) Preferred Qualifications: Ideal candidates should be action and detailed oriented, able to work independently and as a part of a team, be customer focused, be organized, and be able to demonstrate professional written and oral communication skills.
