Customer Service Representative - 3 month Assignment

This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service over the phone and supporting office operations in a medical center setting.

Key Responsibilities: Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Manage voicemail messages and mailbox correspondence efficiently. Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a courteous and helpful experience. Schedule and confirm appointments in the EMR system. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations. Assist with clerical tasks such as faxing, copying, and filing. Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment. What You'll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in a call center, customer service, or a similar role. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Comfortable using office equipment and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Benefits:

Weekly Pay! After 30days: Health, Dental, Vision, GAP, Short Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness and Life Insurance. Holiday Pay: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Milestone Bonus of 40 hours for every 1200 hours.
