Salesforce FSL (Field Service Lighting) Architect - Local candidates only

Location: Dallas, TX

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce FSL solutions. rchitect robust, scalable solutions that support business field operations including dispatching, appointment scheduling, mobile access, and asset management. Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Configure and customize FSL including service territories, work types, service appointments, crews, scheduling policies, and operating hours. Define and implement FSL mobile solutions for technicians and service agents. Ensure integration with ERP, GIS, telematics, and other enterprise systems. Lead solution reviews, design workshops, and technical documentation. Mentor developers and junior architects, and oversee code quality and best practices. Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, data security, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM including 3-5 years in Salesforce Field Service Lightning. Deep expertise in FSL data models, scheduling & optimization, mobile solutions, and automation. Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs (REST/SOAP). Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows. Knowledge of mobile app architecture and offline capabilities in FSL. Familiarity with tools such as Copado, Gearset, or other DevOps platforms. Salesforce certifications preferred:
