Apex Systems has multiple openings available for a Shared Services Advisor with one of our banking clients out of Pensacola, FL. The Shared Services Advisor will play a key role in providing guidance and support across various shared services functions to ensure operational efficiency and seamless employee experiences. Acting as the first point of contact for employees regarding disability claims, the advisor will collaborate closely with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to address inquiries, manage cases, and optimize service delivery. Location: Hybrid in Pensacola, FL Duration: 6+ month contract with the potential to extend/convert full-time Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees following vendor-approved disability claims. Manage employee inquiries through phone and case management systems, providing timely and accurate guidance. Ensure compliance with shared services models, regulatory standards, and operational best practices. Facilitate communication between employees, vendors, contractors, and internal advisors to streamline disability payment processing. Review and update separations in Oracle-HCM as part of system maintenance and employee lifecycle management. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service efficiency and employee satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1+ year experience in h Strong understanding of shared services models and operational efficiency practices. Excellent communication and advisory skills to resolve complex employee inquiries. Experience in case management and problem-solving within an HR or administrative environment. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards related to disability benefits and employee support. Proficiency in Oracle-HCM and other relevant HR systems is a plus.
