What You Bring to SBHG (Qualifications):
Enrolled in a practicum course at an accredited MA, MS, MSW program. Valid California Driver's License. NOTE: Must possess a valid California Driver's License and maintain a driving record that meets the company driver's eligibility policy. How You Will Make a Difference
Under direct supervision by the Clinical Supervisor, this position has primary responsibility for providing mental health services and case management services to children or adolescents and their families referred to Community Services. Services may include engagement, assessment, evaluation, individual/family/group therapy, and case management. The position acts as liaison with external agencies and functions on teams with other clinical and support staff. In addition, the position documents and bills for mental health and case management services and completes outcomes information. Division/Program Overview:
Outpatient, community-based program that serves youth age 18-25 with serious and persistent mental health issues Program provides intensive case management, outreach and engagement, medication support, as well as, mental health counseling, peer groups, and supportive services to assist TAY transition to adult life. Services offered are trauma informed and culturally responsive
