The travel, card, and expense coordinator will oversee the administrative support across all travel, card, and expense activities. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to non-executive or executive employees ensuring the seamless execution of T&E operations, delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders. Essential Responsibilities: Support day to day operations of the travel, card, and expense program Support travelers with policy questions, exceptions, or escalations Train employees on card usage rules and submitting expenses timely Work with the bank to issue cards and deactivate cards when needed Monitor card status, renewals, and credit limits Run and review delinquency reports monthly and follow up on late payments or misuse Remind users to avoid personal spend or misuse Maintaining positive and trusted relationships with customers, stakeholders, and external clients Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs. Required Qualifications: Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience of at least 5+ years in Travel & Expenses Experience with expense management software such as Concur Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software such as SAP, Ariba, Etc. Knowledge of industry leading travel and expense systems Experience working with Microsoft Office Products Preferred Qualifications: Analytical and problem-solving skills Customer service driven Able to communicate effectively (written and verbal) at all levels to resolve issues Strong planning & organizational skills Capable of quickly comprehending new information and technologies Expected Salary Range $54,400.00 - $100,100.00.
