We are looking for a Payroll Specialist 2 to join our team! This role will process bi-weekly, and weekly payroll for employees. Review and verify employee timecards, earnings, deductions, and adjustments for accuracy and completeness. Resolve payroll-related discrepancies, assisting employees with questions about pay, tax withholdings, or benefits deductions. Maintain and update payroll records to ensure data integrity and adherence to compliance standards. Reconcile payroll accounts, perform audits, and collaborate with Finance to ensure proper reporting. Research and interpret payroll policies, laws, and regulations to ensure continuous compliance. Assist in preparing payroll reports and supporting audits. Provide guidance and training to junior payroll team members as needed. Impact of the Role

Working independently under minimal guidance for most assigned work, this position is responsible for performing a variety of complex and specialized administrative processing relating to Payroll. The position provides payroll guidance that could have an impact on cost, efficiency, compliance, service, and quality. This position has in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of payroll processing requirements and may backup the functional leader as needed. Duties may include the processing of various payrolls such as salaried, hourly, union, and expatriate and/or foreign national payrolls. May also process payroll related transactions associated with stock options or benefits related data requirements. Applies a seasoned knowledge of program, plan, country, contract and regulatory guidelines. Processes legal transactions related to payroll deductions such as court ordered payments or garnishments. This position is responsible for independently calculating payroll funding amounts, preparing the funding of transfers, tax deposits or for the preparation of related payroll reports. Following policies and procedures, this position may be responsible for the reconciliation of general ledger transactions and suspense accounts. Additional Responsibilities

Assist and/or lead efforts in streamlining processes related to payroll. Utilize payroll data to assist the HR and Finance teams across the business. Transfer payroll process successes to other areas of HR Required Qualifications

Required education and experience:

Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications
