Renal Denervation (RDN) is an innovative procedure that helps patients lower blood pressure. The technique targets specific nerves near the kidneys that can become overactive and cause high blood pressure, also known as hypertension. High blood pressure is a global epidemic, affecting one-third to one-half of adults. Renal Denervation (RDN) has the potential to be a multibillion-dollar market globally over the next five years. Come join the US RDN Marketing team for a once-in-a-career opportunity to help bring a novel therapy to US Hypertension (HTN) patients. This individual will be responsible for managing and supporting key projects that will enable successful execution of market development initiatives and growth drivers for the RDN procedure. Responsibilities will include: Provide ongoing field support and develop and execute communications strategies to effectively engage with field channels, creating opportunities for ongoing collaboration and feedback to ensure alignment with market development goals Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders including field teams and customers to enhance engagement in market development initiatives Oversee distribution and upkeep of market development materials, ensuring all resources are current, accurate, readily accessible to field teams, and support field efforts to meet organizational objectives Provide programmatic support for field market development initiatives, including execution of voice of customer activities and ad hoc analyses to address market challenges or opportunities

Support execution of national and global market development initiatives that increase patient access and growth for RDN Provide executional support for key events like conferences and field-facing engagements Develop and maintain market expertise including market trends, barriers to growth, customer needs and targeting, benefits/weaknesses, and positioning. Update annual marketing plans/strategies including market analysis, customer segmentation and targeting, product positioning, competitive assessments, and SWOT situation assessment. Partner with cross-functional partners in the review of marketing materials to ensure competitiveness, accuracy, and compliance. Assist in the development, execution, and distribution of market development materials Ability to travel as needed, up to 25% of the time. Must Have: Bachelor's Degree 4+ years of experience in marketing, program development, market development strategy, sales or sales support (2 years with Advanced Degree) Nice to Have: Masters or another Advanced Degree Prior marketing or market development experience within medical device or healthcare industry Demonstrated experience in field and customer-facing roles with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and stakeholder engagement Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional stakeholders and field partners to execute on marketing initiatives Ability to execute multiple projects with tight deadlines concurrently Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to derive actionable insights from data Exceptional collaboration and communications skills. Success will depend on ability to work cross-functionally to align objectives, formulate, and execute a plan across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package. PR) locations (USD): $96,800.00 - $145,200.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
